<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding which allows a user to freely turn over in a bed and does not cause stiff shoulders, and nonetheless allows the user enables to do daily movements while wears the bedding. <P>SOLUTION: The wearable bedding is a quilt 1 formed of an almost rectangular parallelepiped cloth or blanket material. In the bedding, two opening parts 2 allowing the user to wear the bedding by passing both arms therethrough and sleeves 3 continuously formed from the opening parts are placed on the quilt 1. Both ends of a cross section plane in the longitudinal direction of the quilt 1 at the positions of the sleeves 3 and ends of cuffs 4 are almost aligned.
