<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonograph which provides ultrasonic diagnostic images of higher resolution by removing at least fundamental wave components and efficiently amplifying harmonic components. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: an ultrasonic probe for transmitting ultrasonic waves, receiving reflected waves of the transmitted ultrasonic waves and generating reception signals; a harmonic extraction part for extracting the harmonic components from the reception signals; and an image generation part for generating ultrasonic diagnostic images on the basis of the harmonic components. The harmonic extraction part adds the reception signals and delay signals delayed using an analog delay circuit including an analog delay element, to roughly remove at least the fundamental wave components from the reception signals, and amplifies and extracts the harmonic components, and thereby the ultrasonograph easily providing the ultrasonic diagnostic images of higher resolution is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
