The present invention provides an adhesive agent composition comprising a primary agent which contains polyether polyurethane polyol and bisphenol A type epoxy resin, as well as a curing agent. The polyether polyurethane polyol is obtained by reacting an organic diisocyanate with an alkane diol monomer and polyalkylene glycol containing C3-4 repeating units, at an equivalent ratio (NCO/OH) of a least 0.7 and less than 1; the weight-average molecular weight thereof is 20,000 to 70,000 and the urethane bond equivalence is 320 to 600 g/eq. The bisphenol A type epoxy resin has a number-average molecular weight of 400 to 5,000, and forms a solid or semisolid at room temperature.
