<p>This membrane separation equipment has a treatment tank (3), which stores water to be treated (2), and a membrane separation device (6), which is arranged immersed in the water to be treated (2) in the treatment tank (3) and obtains treated water (5) that has passed through a filtration membrane. The membrane separation device (6) has a plurality of membrane units (7, 8), which are arranged horizontally adjacent to each other, and a wall member (9) that surrounds the periphery of the membrane units (7, 8) and partitions the membrane units (7, 8) from the treatment tank (3). A communicating portion (28) that takes the water to be treated (2) in and out from the wall member (9) is provided at the top of the wall member (9), above the membrane units (7, 8). Air diffusers (12, 13), which are capable of adjusting the amount of aeration are provided at the bottom of each of the membrane units (7, 8).</p> |
