PURPOSE: A double-decorated lamination sheet, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to normally express one decorative unit, and expose second decorative unit by changing the form. CONSTITUTION: A double-decorated lamination sheet comprises the following: a base layer(25) having light transmission property; a lower decoration layer(24) mounted on the base layer with a first decorative unit, having light transmission property; a masking layer laminated on the lower decoration layer for exposing the first decorative unit when light is emitted from the base layer; an upper decoration layer(22) laminated on the masking layer with a second decorative unit, and having light transmission property; and a surface protection layer(21) having light transmission property, laminated on the upper decoration layer. The masking layer is a masking ink layer(23).
