PURPOSE: An environmentally panel composition for multifunction nontoxic internal device which applied silicate based environmentally-friendly panels using thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have dehumidification, toxic gas adsorption, antibiotic, far-infrared radiation, and negative ion emission properties by applying various functional minerals to liquid silicate based inorganic binder. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally panel composition for multifunction nontoxic internal device comprises 27-39 weight% of liquid silicate sodium, 7-13 weight% of ion exchanged water, 0.7-13 weight% of mineral fiber, 4-7 weight% of zinc oxide, 13-20 weight% of activated diatomaceous earth, 7-13 weight% of zeolite, 7-13 weight% of sericite, 1-2 weight% of anatase-type nano-scale titanium dioxide with size of 10 nano meters, 3-7 weight% of 1-2 10% hydrochloric acid, 3-7 weight% of 10% phosphoric acid, 0.7-2 weight% of 10% alum aqueous solution, 0.3-0.7 weight% of inorganic antimicrobial agent, 2-3 weight% of SAP(super absorbent polymer). A molar ratio of SiO2/Na2O of the liquid silicate sodium is 3.1-3.4. An average size of the mineral fiber is 4,000 micro meters.
