PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable solid preparation containing loxoprofen sodium and tranexamic acid and free from discoloration, content reduction, or the like.

SOLUTION: The solid preparation contains loxoprofen sodium or its hydrate and tranexamic acid, wherein the loxoprofen or its hydrate and the tranexamic acid are present substantially without contacting each other in the preparation.
