PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consumption prediction system capable of highly accurately predicting power consumption.

SOLUTION: A power consumption prediction system comprises a server 30 including: weather element data storage means 31 that stores weather element data for an area where a building 10 is located; power consumption data storage means 32 that stores power consumption data per predefined time in the building 10; curve-applying means 33 that acquires a regression curve representing correlation between a weather element at specified clock time and power consumption at a specified time period corresponding to the specified clock time; and weather element prediction data acquisition means 35 that acquires weather element prediction data relating to a future weather element in the area where the building 10 is located. The system adopts a value calculated by substituting the weather element prediction data at a future specified clock time for the regression curve relating to the specified clock time as the power consumption prediction data of the power consumption in the building 10 in a future predefined time period corresponding to the specified clock time.
