<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor which improves the detection accuracy of light intensity. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical sensor, multiple light receiving elements (20) converting light into electric signals are formed on one surface of a semiconductor substrate (10), and a light shielding film (40) is formed on a formation surface of the light receiving elements (20) in the semiconductor substrate (10) through a translucent film (30). Further, openings (41) are formed on the light shielding film (40) for transmitting the light so as to correspond to the respective light emitting elements (20). A light receiving element for detecting light intensity (21) and a light receiving element for detecting a light incidence angle (22) are formed as the light receiving elements (20) in the semiconductor substrate (10), and respectively removed are the translucent film (30) and the light shielding film (40) that are positioned above the light receiving element for detecting the light intensity (21). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
