PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide appropriate tip information to a user.

SOLUTION: A tip information provision device includes: information storage means for storing position information and tip information in association with each other; acquisition means for acquiring position information of a mobile terminal; list generation means for generating a tip information list having priorities according to a relationship with the position information of the mobile terminal that is extracted from the information storage means and acquired by the acquisition means; and transmission means for transmitting the tip information list generated by the list generation means to the mobile terminal.
