<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus, data management system, and data management method, capable of suppressing power consumption of an external storage device. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes: reception means for receiving data on contents stored by an external storage device from the external storage device and display preparation means for preparing a display image showing data on the contents stored in a plurality of storage devices, based on data on the contents received by the reception means.
