<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoupling device having a simple manufacturing process and a relatively easy deposition system of multiple capacitor elements of the decoupling device. <P>SOLUTION: A capacitor unit assembly CU1 includes multiple capacitor elements 120 connected in parallel and arranged on the same plane, and each capacitor element is arranged on a lead frame 110. Each capacitor element has a cathode part 122 and an anode part 124 facing each other. The cathode part of the capacitor element is connected electrically with a cathode terminal part 112. The anode part of the capacitor element is connected electrically with anode terminal parts 114a, 114b.
