A loudspeaker signal responding to the airbag triggering signal is output (140) to a loudspeaker to reduce sound pressure during an airbag deployment. An acoustic compensation signal pattern is caused during conversion by the loudspeaker to reduce or partially compensate an acoustic signal pattern of the air bag deployment. The loudspeaker signal is determined (120) based on the actual acoustic signal pattern of the airbag deployment. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a controller for reduction of sound pressure during airbag deployment in or at a vehicle (2) a computer program product comprising a program code for executing a method for reduction of sound pressure during airbag deployment in or at a vehicle.</p>
