PURPOSE: A producing method of highly nutritious porridge is provided to use rice cultivar hiami as a main ingredient, and chestnuts and sweet pumpkins as supplementary ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of highly nutritious porridge comprises the following steps: mixing 100parts of rice cultivar hiami by weight, 5~10parts of chestnut by weight, 30~40parts of sweet pumpkin by weight, 3~8parts of bean by weight, 5~10parts of red bean by weight, and 3~7parts of salt by weight; adding 1,000~1,200parts of water by weight into the mixture and stirring; heating the mixture for cooking; freeze-drying the heated ingredients at -20~-48deg C for 36~60hours; and vacuum-packing the freeze-dried ingredients. |
