PASSIVE INTER-MODULATION ANALYZER FOR MEASURING OF POOR PIM POINT AND VSWR

PURPOSE: A passive inter-modulation distortion analyzing device for measuring a poor PIN point is provided to measure a VSWR(Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) and a poor point of the VSWR on an RF path by sensing a PIMD(Passive Inter-Modulation Distortion) signal of an RF passive device and a module. CONSTITUTION: A directional coupler(50) is connected between a duplexer(40) and a port 1 and measures the generation time of a transmission signal. A second hybrid combiner(41) is connected to a receiving terminal of the duplexer and measures the arrival time of the received signal. A plurality of electronic devices are combined between a signal processing board(70) and a component and generates, amplifies, attenuates, or analyzes the transmission signal.
