PURPOSE: A syringe for assorting fat is provided to arrange a specific gravity classification unit with a fixed specific gravity value into a main body, thereby easily classifying fat compartmentalized through centrifugation according to specific gravity, thereby capable of easily extracting fat tissues according to specific gravity. CONSTITUTION: A syringe for assorting fat according to specific gravity comprises a syringe main body(210), and a specific gravity classification unit(400). The syringe body has cylinder shape. The syringe main body comprises a fat injection port(220), and an opening(230). Fat extracted from human body is stored inside the syringe main body. The specific gravity classification unit is inside the syringe main body. The specific gravity classification unit has a fixed specific gravity lower than 1.0. The specific gravity classification unit classifies fat tissues according to specific gravity by being arranged in a fat tissue layer. The fat tissue layer has specific gravity corresponding with the specific gravity classification unit.
