摘要

PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to reduce a moving distance of a charge going forward a semiconductor electrode or a first electrode by forming a plurality of semiconductor electrode having different surface resistance values and impurity doping concentration of an emitter unit. CONSTITUTION: A first conductible type substrate where a second conductible type emitter unit is formed is ready. A plurality of first electrodes is connected to the emitter unit. A plurality of semiconductor electrodes having a higher impurity doping concentration than an emitter unit has is separately formed from the plurality of first electrodes in different directions. A second electrode is connected to the substrate.
