TRANSFERING METHOD OF GRAPHENE USING HOT PRESS

PURPOSE: A graphene transferring method using a hot-press is provided to effectively transfer graphene having the large area on a rigid substrate as well as a soft substrate. CONSTITUTION: A graphene transferring method using a hot-press comprises the following steps: contacting graphene(110) attached to a heat-peelable sheet(120) to an object substrate(100); and pressurizing and heating the graphene attached to the heat-peelable sheet and the object substrate using upper and lower pressing units(10, 20) of the hot-press, for separating the heat-peelable sheet from the graphene and transferring the graphene to the object substrate. The transferring process is performed in the vacuum or the atmospheric condition. The heat-peelable sheet is separated from the graphene at 90-150 deg C.
