<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage an accurate installation position of a device. <P>SOLUTION: When a user of a portable terminal 2 starts using a photograph seal making device 1, a screen for requiring the user to hold the portable terminal 2 over a reader/writer provided to a predetermined position of a housing is displayed on a monitor of the photograph seal making device 1. When the user holds the portable terminal 2 over the reader/writer, portable terminal positional information representing a position of the portable terminal 2 is transmitted through proximity communication with a non-contact type IC and transmitted to a management server 3 via the photograph seal making device 1. In the management server 3, the portable terminal positional information is connected to housing ID of the photograph seal making device 1 and managed as information representing the installation position of the photograph seal making device 1.
