<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning/water heating device system including an indoor unit and a water heating unit, and capable of improving a capacity of the water heating unit. <P>SOLUTION: An outdoor unit 100 has an outdoor heat exchanger 105 exchanging heat between a refrigerant and the air, and a compressor 101 connected to the outdoor heat exchanger 105 and compressing the refrigerant. The indoor unit 200 is connected to the outdoor heat exchanger 105 and the compressor 101 in series, and has an indoor heat exchanger 201 exchanging heat between the refrigerant and the air. The water heating unit 300 is connected to the indoor heat exchanger 201 in parallel and has a water-refrigerant heat exchanger 311 exchanging heat between the refrigerant and hot water/water. A control section controls the outdoor unit 100, the indoor unit 200 and the water heating unit 300 to control air-heating capacity of the indoor unit 200 and heating capacity of the water heating unit 300 applied to the hot water/water, and lowers the air-heating capacity of the indoor unit 200 when the heating capacity is lower than a prescribed value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
