<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front sheet having high gas barrier performance for a solar cell module, a method of manufacturing the same and a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: A front sheet 10 for a solar cell module has a first transparent film 1 formed of resin such as acrylic resin, and a second transparent film 5 having an organic layer 3 and an inorganic layer 4 on a base material 2 formed of polyester resin. The second transparent film 5 is laminated on the first transparent film 1 at the inorganic layer side thereof through an adhesive layer 6. The organic layer has acrylic resin, and resin having a constituent unit in which an oxyalkylene group having no hydroxyl group and a fluorene group exist is used as the acrylic resin. Particularly, when resin having an alkylene oxide modified bisphenyl fluorene structure is used as the organic layer and the inorganic layer is formed on the organic layer while cooling the polyester resin base material side and applying a thermal load to the inorganic layer, adhesiveness can be enhanced with gas barrier performance maintained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
