<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial gap type electric motor to which rustproof treatment is applied by resin-molding of a rotor thereof and in which a rotor magnet and a sensor magnet are separately arranged in the rotor and the sensor magnet can be magnetized corresponding to a magnetic pole position of the rotor magnet, and a pump device using the axial gap type electric motor. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor magnet 22 for rotating drive and a sensor magnet 24 for rotation control are separately disposed in a rotor 2 of an axial gap type electric motor of a pump device 1. In resin-molding of the overall circumference of the rotor 2, a projecting mark indicating a magnetic pole position of the rotor magnet 22 is formed at a portion of a resin part 26. A recess fitted to the mark attached to the rotor 2 and enabling rotation of the rotor 2 and a bearing part 25 without slipping is formed in the bearing part 25 inserted to the rotor 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
