<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a position of an article, when the article is stolen on delivery. <P>SOLUTION: A tag 2 in which identification information is stored is attached to an article 1 to be delivered. A warning device 4 emits a radio wave from an antenna 5 to a predetermined range and reads out the identification information on the tag 2 from the tag 2 as a reflection wave of the radio wave. When it is determined the article is stolen, the warning device 4 transmits warning including the identification information that is read out to a management device 6. When the warning is received, the management device 6 transmits the identification information included in the received warning to another warning device 4.
