The present invention discloses a method for preparing a high concentration aqueous calcium phosphate solution which comprises the steps of: preparing an acidic aqueous solution using an acidic chelating agent; and controlling the pH of the acidic aqueous solution by dissolving a calcium phosphate-based compound in the acidic aqueous solution and adding a pH control agent. The present invention can be applied to various calcium-containing products such as food, medicines, and quasi-drugs since the recrystallization after the neutralization reaction of the final solution does not occur.
