Provided are a mobile information terminal, an information management device, and a mobile information terminal information management system comprising the mobile information terminal and the information management device, with which it is possible to flexibly display also information which is spontaneously provided by a user, etc., on map information. A navigation system (23) of a vehicle (20) acquires, by wireless communication, location information and submitted information which is submitted together with the location information, from a management center (10) information management device in a state wherein the location information and the submitted information are interrelated. The navigation system (23) controls the display of the acquired submitted information by a display device (23A) to be displayed in superposition in a location which is displayed upon the map information by the acquired location information.
