<p>The present invention pertains to an insert ratchet belt and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, in an insert belt for sports, a metal member is inserted to the inside of an insert ratchet belt and a portion to be coupled with the buckle of a binder is coupled with the metal member that is made from a metal material so as to prevent the abrasion of the portion of the insert ratchet belt that is coupled with the buckle. In addition, the metal member is extended and inserted to the inside of a coupling portion of the insert ratchet belt so as to prevent damage to the engagement portion and the coupling portion of the insert ratchet belt. Furthermore, according to the method for manufacturing the insert ratchet belt, the coupling portion of the metal member is formed with a circular hole such that the metal member may be fixed to an injection mold to avoid movement. Therefore, deformation is prevented at the metal member in spite of the supply of injection molding materials at high pressure, thereby reducing the rate of defects.</p> |
