PURPOSE: A chimney exhaust gas and soot collection device using a solar cell is provided to effectively collect dust from exhaust gas discharged from chimneys of factories. CONSTITUTION: A chimney exhaust gas and soot collection device comprises the following: a high voltage discharge plate(3) and a dust collection plate(2) facing each other inside a chimney of a factory discharging exhaust gas; a solar panel(8) installed on the chimney for supplying power to the high voltage discharge plate; a high-frequency boosting transformer(9) boosting the power generated from the solar panel to the high-frequency voltage before supplying to the high voltage discharge plate; a power charger(13) charging the power generated from the solar panel; a controller(16) controlling the power supply to the high-frequency boosting transformer; a low speed vibrating motor(6) receiving the power from the power charger; and a vibration rod(5) separating dust attached to the high voltage discharge plate or the dust collection plate. |
