PURPOSE: An assembly jig for manufacturing a vehicle body of railway vehicles is provided to safely and easily perform the assembly of a module type vehicle body by preventing interference with fittings and first and second adjusting members. CONSTITUTION: An assembly jig for manufacturing a vehicle body of railway vehicles comprises a lower supporting body, a pair of side supporting bodies(200), multiple cross frames(300), and multiple first adjusting members(400). The lower supporting body supports an under frame accomplishing a floor part of a railway vehicle body. The side supporting bodies are longitudinally arranged on the floor part at both ends of the lower supporting body and are assembled to the under frame to support the pair of side frames The cross frames are horizontally penetrate multiple entrances installed in the pair of side frames facing each other. One end of the first adjusting members is installed in the cross frames and the other ends thereof is installed in the inner surface of the side frames so that the assembly positions and angles of the side frames can be adjusted. |
