TRANSPARENT ELECTRODE SUBSTRATE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING THE TRANSPARENT ELECTRODE SUBSTRATE AND SOLAR CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrode substrate which maintains high light transmittance, has low surface resistivity and is superior in conductivity; a method for manufacturing the same; an electronic device having the transparent electrode substrate; and a solar cell.

SOLUTION: The transparent electrode substrate comprises a transparent substrate and a transparent conductive layer that has a conductive metal mesh layer embedded therein and is stacked on one face of the transparent substrate. The method for manufacturing the transparent electrode substrate comprises the steps of: forming a first transparent conductive layer on one face of the transparent substrate; forming a conductive metal layer on the transparent conductive layer; forming the conductive metal mesh layer by subjecting the conductive metal layer to photoresist patterning treatment; and forming a second transparent conductive layer on a face of the metal mesh layer to cover the conductive metal mesh layer with the transparent conductive layer. The electronic device having the transparent electrode substrate and the solar cell are also disclosed.
