<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient transmission control of power headroom according to a frequency band to which a carrier element whose frequency band is aggregated belongs and configuration of a transmission antenna of a mobile station device or a power amplifier. <P>SOLUTION: When transmitting power headroom corresponding to an uplink carrier element by a PUSCH allocated to a different uplink carrier element, a transmission power control unit 2013 in a mobile station device 1 calculates the power headroom supposing that the prescribed number (for example, "1", or such as the number of physical resource blocks allocated to the PUSCH in the uplink carrier element transmitting the power headroom) of the physical resource blocks for PUSCH transmission are allocated to the uplink carrier element.
