<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user of another communication terminal to transmit information to a communication apparatus even when the communication apparatus receives a conversation request from the other communication terminal in a state where conversation cannot be performed between the communication apparatus and the other communication terminal according to the connection state of the communication apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A control part of a control LSI 101 determines whether or not a camera/microphone device 200 is connected to a USB interface 105 of a communication apparatus 100, when a receiving part of the control LSI 101 receives a conversation request from other apparatus.
