<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively correspond to the increase of reception IDs (recognition information). <P>SOLUTION: A buffer part 3 is constituted by multiple buffer units 3a, 3b which are divided into multiple areas m1-m32 for each piece of identification information. The prescribed buffer unit 3a is connected to a transmission/reception circuit part 4 via a transmission terminal part t and a reception terminal part r, thereby to hold transmission data in at least a part of the areas.
