摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor having high biomolecule selectivity using azafullerene encapsulated carbon nano-tube. <P>SOLUTION: A gas sensor uses, as detection object molecule detection means, a physical property change of carbon nano-tube caused by adsorption of detection object molecules to the inside of carbon nano-tube, and azafullerene is encapsulated in the carbon nano-tube in advance.
