<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locker unit arm whose manufacturing cost is reduced and which has a clip with improved assembling reliability. <P>SOLUTION: Both edges in a width direction at one end in the longitudinal direction of a locker arm 20, a recessed groove 28 is provided to penetrate therethrough in the height direction. The clip 60 has a fitting part 61 having a fitting groove 65 in a substantially U shape, and a pair of locking pieces 62 protruded from both ends in the width direction of the fitting part 61 to the height direction. Both locking pieces 62 are inserted into the recessed groove 28 and locked with the locker arm 20. A lash adjuster 40 is fitted into the fitting groove 65 and locked with the clip 60, while both locking pieces 62 are locked in the locker arm 20. In a process in which the lash adjuster 40 is fitted into the fitting groove 65, the fitting part 61 is elastically expanded by the lash adjuster 40 in a direction to expand the groove width of the fitting groove 65, and while the fitting part 61 is expanded, a state is maintained in which both locking pieces 62 are housed in the recessed groove 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
