<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in the size of a center joint in the case of supplying source power from an undercarriage to a revolving superstructure. <P>SOLUTION: A hydraulic shovel comprises: an undercarriage 2; a revolving superstructure 1; a traction hook 25; and slip rings 212 and 213. The revolving superstructure 1 is mounted on the undercarriage 2 so as to be revolvable with a revolution center X as an axis, and the traction hook 25 is attached to the undercarriage 2 so as to be revolvable with the revolution center X as the axis for applying traction to a truck 6.
