<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a quick hardening cement kneaded material whose quality can be satisfied, at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, a cement kneaded material and a quick hardening cement admixture are mixed by the rotation of the drum of a truck agitator to produce a quick hardening cement kneaded material. The method includes: a cement kneaded material charging stage of charging a cement kneaded material into the drum of the truck agitator; and a quick hardening cement admixture charging stage of charging a quick hardening cement admixture into the drum of the truck agitator. The charging amount of the cement kneaded material in the cement kneaded material charging stage is an amount equivalent to 1/10 to 3/8 of the inner volume of the drum, the quick hardening cement admixture charged in the quick hardening cement admixture charging stage is a powdery quick hardening cement admixture, and the powdery quick hardening cement admixture is charged into the drum by a high concentration powder transport machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
