<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice seed-sterilizing system for effectively sterilizing rice seed. <P>SOLUTION: The rice seed-sterilizing system is arranged to sequentially convey a net bag in a suspended state, which contains rice seed, to a hot-water sterilizing tank (22), a cold-water tank (23) and a carrier (26). The rice seed-sterilizing system is also arranged to convey the net bag containing rice seed in the hot-water sterilizing tank (22) while making the bag vertically move in a suspended state.
