<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce frictional resistance of the torque of a roll member movement of which is limited in the direction of the axis of rotation. <P>SOLUTION: The roll member 3 has a shaft 31, a pair of walls 32A, 32B, and an alleviating portion. The shaft holds a roll member configured by winding a strip. The pair of walls limits axial movement of the roll member held on the shaft.
