The invention relates to a pressurised fluid tank (15) comprising a gas-stream-controlling device which includes a tap (1) defining an internal gas circuit between a first end (11) to be connected to the opening of a pressurised gas tank (15) and a second end (12), the tap (1) including a control member (3) pivotably mounted on the tap (1) for selectively controlling the opening of a closure valve (2). Said device includes a functional block (6) which can be selectively connected to the second end (12) of the tap (1), the functional block (6) including an internal gas channel (23). The device is characterised in that, when the functional block (6) is connected to the second end (12) of the tap (1), the control member (3) can be manually pivoted between a first position, in which the control member (3) does not interlock with the functional block (6), and a second position, in which the control member (3) mechanically interlocks with the functional block (6) so as to prevent the block (6) from separating from the second end (12) of the tap (1).
