The present invention relates to a novel compound and to an organic light-emitting device comprising same. The compound according to the present invention may inject and transport holes and electrons, and serves as a luminescent material in an organic light-emitting device. The organic light-emitting device according to the present invention may exhibit superior characteristics in terms of efficiency, required driving voltage, and lifespan.
