Device (10) for cleaning components, preferably components produced in sintering process, comprises a structural element and a prism-shaped filtering device (11) exhibiting an axial direction and a radial direction, which are rotatably connected with the structural element around their longitudinal axis that is oriented in the axial direction, and are bounded in the radial direction by a casing comprising several openings. An independent claim is also included for cleaning the components, preferably the components produced in the sintering process, comprising (i) introducing the components into an inner region of the filtering device, (ii) generating a rotational movement of the filtering device around a rotational axis, and (iii) collecting dissolved powder from the components.
