The device has a plate (1) forming a standing surface (5) for a balancing person, and a rolling body (2) comprising a groove (7) and arranged between the plate and a substrate. The rolling body is fixed by a user-side arranged fixing unit (3) relative to the plate. The plate is rolled on the rolling body, where the fixing unit and the rolling body are fastened to each other in detachable manner by a Velcro(RTM: hook-and-loop fastener). A stabilizing element (4) is arranged between the plate and the rolling body, and stoppers (6a, 6b) are arranged at lower side of the plate.
