<p>A machine-to-machine(M2M) management system is disclosed by the invention, and the system mainly includes: an M2M management platform and an M2M management terminal; wherein, the M2M management terminal is connected with managed M2M devices, and communicates with the M2M devices using negotiated private protocols; the M2M management platform is connected with the M2M management terminal and performs communication using an M2M communication protocol. An M2M management method is also disclosed by the invention. The invention expands the existing management approaches for the M2M devices without managing each M2M device in the Internet of things as an M2M terminal, thus reducing the number of the M2M terminals required management in the Internet of things, reducing the cost of managing the M2M devices in the Internet of things, and reducing the difficulty in development and standard unification of the M2M devices, and thus the management approach is more flexible.</p> |
