A wireless communication terminal (10) wherein a first transceiving means (11) stops a transmission wave and transmits a channel-change request along with channel information to a relay device (20) when a first radio wave condition monitoring means (12) detects a radar wave. The relay device (20) comprises a device controller means (24) for determining a usable channel that can be shared by the wireless communication terminal (10) and the relay device (20), and changing the communication channel to any usable channel. The determination is made on the basis of the channel information of the wireless communication terminal (10) that accompanies the channel-change request, and the channel information generated by a second noise level determination means (23). The determination is made when a second transceiving means (21) receives the channel-change request.
