<p>PURPOSE: An application program installation apparatus of an external mobile storage device and a method thereof are provided to install various application programs in the external mobile storage device and prevent file damage of a client device and execute the application programs on any computer. CONSTITUTION: A main control unit(110) supplies a menu, able to add installation of an application program with a external mobile device. If the menu is selected, an install processing unit(120) scans information about a registry, a service and a file of a client device before the installation of the application program to the client device, and then stores them in a pre-scan database. The install processing unit scans information about the registry, the service and the file of the client device after the installation of the application program to the client device, and then stores them in a post-scan database.</p> |
