<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extraction device for allowing water supplied from a water supply nozzle to be shared in extraction and rinsing. <P>SOLUTION: A beverage extraction device includes: a tubular cylinder 23; a cylinder head 111 to be movable to an opening position and a rinsing position; a filter block 32 for sealing the lower surface of the cylinder 23 in extracting beverage and filtering the beverage by a filter; a scraper 33 for scraping a residual raw material on the filter, and discharging it as an extraction residue; a warm water supplier 4 having a warm water supply nozzle 105 arranged above the cylinder 23 and supplying warm water downward from the warm water supply nozzle 105; and a warm water guide reception part 204 arranged in the cylinder head 111 thereby to guide warm water supplied from the warm water nozzle 105 to the inner part of the cylinder 23 when the cylinder head 111 is positioned at the opening position, and also to guide the warm water to the outer part of the cylinder 23 when the cylinder head 111 is positioned at the rinsing position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
