<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator drive device which performs fully digitized control with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: An actuator drive device comprises: a digital filter (10) which performs phase compensation of a torque command digital signal using a fed-back digital signal; a digital PWM generation part (11) which generates a plurality of PWM control signals with modulated pulse width according to the output of the digital filter; an H bridge part (12) which switches between a first terminal voltage and a second terminal voltage to output according to the plurality of PWM control signals; first and second continuous-time ΔΣA/D converters (13) which perform A/D conversion of the first terminal voltage and the second terminal voltage respectively; and a feedback filter (14) which performs decimation processing of the output from the first and second continuous-time ΔΣA/D converters to feed back the digital signal to the digital filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
