<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net system capable of safely performing a transaction and log-in on the Internet, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A net system holds: an instruction including the start of protection software inserted to a homepage; information intrinsic to an information processor, which is acquired by the protection software; and a serial number generated and preserved in a center server when the coincidence of a user ID is determined. The protection software preserves the serial number transmitted from the center server in a prescribed file, and also encrypts the prescribed file, based on the intrinsic information, so as to transmit it to the center server. The prescribed file is decoded based on data which is registered in the database of the center server, and the serial number extracted from the prescribed file is determined to be coincident with the serial number preserved in the center server or not.
