<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private branch exchange which allows arbitrary setting, in a transfer origin terminal, of an operation in the case that a transfer destination does not answer or in the case that an incoming call to the transfer destination is impossible, when an incoming call transfer operation is performed by an operation by an operator of the transfer origin terminal. <P>SOLUTION: When a telephone terminal 23 is specified as a transfer destination terminal by an operation of a telephone terminal 21 which is a transfer origin terminal, in parallel with a calling operation for transferring an incoming call to the telephone terminal 23, information of a telephone terminal 24 which is a retransmission destination is also set as the next retransmission destination when incoming call transfer fails (figure 2(B)). Even when non-response transfer specifying a transfer destination when there is no response is set in the telephone terminal 23 beforehand, in the case that the telephone terminal 24 is set as the retransmission destination, a retransmission operation to the telephone terminal 24 which is the retransmission destination terminal is executed (figure 2(D)) preferentially to the operation of the non-response transfer specified by the telephone terminal 23 or the operation of calling back the telephone terminal 21 which is the transfer origin terminal when the incoming call transfer to the telephone terminal 23 of the transfer destination fails. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
