<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and an imaging program which are capable of making a subject look better by a background with the photorealistic property of the subject left as it is. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is provided with: parallax amount calculation part 323 which overlaps similar regions included in a pair of images each other to calculate the parallax amount of the pair of images; an isolation part 324 which isolates each region of the pair of images into a short distance region and a background region in accordance with the parallax amount calculated by the parallax amount calculation part 323; and an image processing setting part 326 which when a face detected by a face detection part 322 is within the short distance region, sets the background region as a region to apply the special effect processing by an image processing part 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
